Vahid Halillhodziz set for japanese national team work


According to Japanese media Algeria' s2014 World Cup coach Vahid Halilhodziz emerged from japanese football officials as  the leading candidate for the vacant national team job. The two sides to be in talks, while the Nikkan Sports Newspaper claimed that 63 years old Bosnian Halilhodziz had been offered an estimated salary of two million euros to replace Mexican Havier Aguire, who was sacked earlier this month.

The other candidates who have been linked to the japan work are former Danish international and Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup and Italian Luciano Spalleti who led Zenit to two Russian titles.
